PT, DPT, CSCS

I have played sports my entire life. My parents started by putting a tennis racquet in my hand when I was 6, even though I was convinced that I was going to be the next Michael Jordan.  When I was 8 I joined my first soccer team. At the age of 10 I persuaded a personal trainer at our local health club to guide me through a weight lifting routine.

I was most passionate about basketball and soccer and continued my soccer career through college. As my love for fitness grew so did my interest in the intricate workings of the human body. I was not only a girl on the move, but an individual fascinated with how the body moves.

In May 2013 I received my bachelors degree from Elmhurst College in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. I went on to graduate with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in May of 2016.

I am a physical therapist and have been working at an outpatient orthopedic clinic for the past 4 years. I absolutely love being a physical therapist; however I still found myself missing the days of rigorous physical training and competitive sport. I decided to get my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification in April 2017.

Flash forward to April 2020.  I re-discovered my true passion of combining my physical therapy knowledge AND strength and conditioning knowledge to provide you with "1 Stop Shop" care- helping you not only get rid of your pain and dysfunction, but also develop an effective and efficient program to help you reach your health and fitness goals!

"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they have been given than to explore the power they have the change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary.

Impossible is nothing. "
